Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Trip Gateway. We strive to provide you with exceptional travel experiences. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please review our cancellation and refund policy to understand your options and any applicable fees.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

a. Cancellation by the Traveler

 

Domestic Travel:

 

30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount.

15-29 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.

Less Than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.

International Travel:

 

60+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount.

30-59 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.

Less Than 30 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.

b. Cancellation by Trip Gateway

 

Trip Gateway reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

If we cancel the trip, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative trip of equivalent value.

Trip Gateway will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to, airfare, visa fees, or accommodation costs not included in the booking.

3. Refund Process

 

a. Refund Requests

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our website or via email to bookings@tripgatewayindia.com.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a completed request.

b. Processing Fees

 

All refunds are subject to applicable cancellation fees as outlined above.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of non-refundable payments, no refund will be given.

4. Amendments

 

Changes to Your Booking: If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least 30 days before departure. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Amendments Within 30 Days of Departure: Changes are subject to availability and may be considered a cancellation with associated fees.

5. Special Conditions

 

Non-Refundable Rates: Some rates, offers, or promotions may be non-refundable. Please review the terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
